And a sense of excitement about the future and what it holds. This is where to keep moving forward. To keep improving yourself. And to follow the career you want in the future of automotive retail.

Shape the future of automotive retail

Our market is changing, and our customers are too. That's why we're dedicated to bringing tomorrow's driving experience to our customers today. And why we want to create retail experiences that are years ahead of the competitions.

Our cutting-edge showrooms feature eye-catching design and the latest tech tools, like our ground-breaking AR apps. The challenge is to inspire our sales teams to create new and better customer experiences of their own.

Your role

Reporting to the heads of business, you will maximise profit in all areas of responsibility and translate business strategy into operational plans for the parts department. Working with parts advisors, you will also develop, coach and mentor them to ensure they achieve their objectives whilst delivering results to meeting and exceed budgets.

Additionally, you will develop and agree parts stockholding at agreed levels to ensure first time availability of parts to all customers whilst working efficiently with key personnel within the retailer to establish and implement best practices, to ensure customers receive exceptional customer service.

Your profile

You will be an effective leader with excellent interpersonal and communication skills whilst demonstrating excellent organisation skills, effective time management and strong IT abilities.

A full driving licence is essential as well as proven experience in the motor industry. Knowledge and previous use of the Kerridge system is essential.

Rewards

Your hard work will be rewarded with an uncapped bonus scheme, company car, pension scheme, subsidised manufacturer car purchase scheme available to both you and your family, access to bespoke training courses at the state-of-the-art BMW Training Academy and a globally recognised BMW accreditation and certification.

If you understand what makes our engines run and customers tick, we'll make sure you stay that step ahead. With training from the BMW Group Academy UK and a chance to work on cutting-edge technology, we'll help you to develop as a professional and grow your career within BMW Group Retail.
