Job Type: Temp Ongoing
Hours: 37.5 Hours per week, Monday to Friday, rota hours between 8:30am & 5.30pm
Salary £9 per hour

Employee Benefits Helpline Advisor
We are looking for experienced Telephone Advisors to join our Employee Benefits team who will be based at our clients Darlington contact centre.
What does being in the Employee Benefits Helpline team mean?
The team take incoming calls from a wide range of clients. Queries will vary from pin and password reset, answering queries in relation to the employees' health care benefits/ medical cover, perks at work, pension and gym membership.
That's right, it's a wide variety of calls, and every single one is different, so it's never a boring day here.
So, what can I expect as a Employee Benefits Helpline Advisor?
Good question. Your role will be hugely important, because you'll be responsible for customer case management of a wide range of queries that need answering quickly and first-time round.
Your training will be a combination of classroom training and on the floor practical application to ensure you are fully equipped with the skills and knowledge to be able to handle every call efficiently. - Experience in a contact centre or over the phone customer service
- Your expertise and passion for customer experience will mean that you will do whatever it takes to resolve each query quickly and efficiently.
- You've first class organisational skills, great attention to detail, are able to prioritise and use your initiative.
- You'll need to be IT literate and fluent in both written and spoken English (GCSE C/4 grade or above)
