Job Description:

Our local based client who specialise in telephone surveys for the education sector are currently seeking multiple Telephone Interviewers to join their team within a small office based environment in South Shields.

Within this role you will be contacting students or ex-students to conduct surveys regarding their College and University experience to assist with updating curriculum for the future for education institutions.

The company prides themselves on strong client relationships and being responsive to their clients' requirements. They are looking for candidates who are able to coincide with the current dedicated employees that care about each and every project they receive.

Dress Code: Smart Casual

Rate of Pay: 8.21 per hour

Hours: Monday - Thursday

AM shift is 11:00-15:00 with a 30 minute lunch

PM shift is 15:30pm to 08:00pm with a 10 minute break just before 18:00

Friday

09:00am to 12:00pm

Potential overtime is available in addition to the above hours.

Additional Information:

• There is free tea and coffee in the office, a low-cost café on site and an ASDA 5 minutes away.

• Trial information: If you are successful on your interview date you will continue the shift after the interview and work till 8pm. There will be a 20 minute paid break at 5pm.

• You can get drinks and take restroom breaks as needed throughout the day.

• There are no sales involved in the role .The role is purely market research where you will ask students for feedback on courses they have undertaken.
