IT Support Agent
We have an exciting opportunity for a number of IT Support Agents to join our growing team at our Client site in Preston.
You will be the first point of contact for a variety of IT issues via telephone and email. Providing a first-class customer support service you will log all incidents and fixes whilst trying to resolve customer issues first time.
We are keen to hear from people with an interest in all areas of IT, excellent communication skills and a great telephone manner. Previous experience in an IT call centre/customer service environment would be advantageous however is not essential as full training will be provided to ensure you are given the tools required to succeed in your role.
This is a fantastic opportunity to advance your IT career and develop existing customer service skills.
Due to the nature of this role all applicants must have or be able to obtain BPSS security clearance.
