Conversion Marketing Manager

The Job

Acting as a key figure within the Conversion department within the Marketing team, you will develop a productive relationship with the company's Performance Manager. You will also be responsible for the development, analysis and progression of refinement of customer conversion strategies.

Some other key duties for you will include (but won't be limited to):

• Planning, Executing and amending the day to day delivery of the CRM and conversion campaigns. Working closely with the business's CRM Specialist, you will play an active role in the formation of strategies that enable the refinement and improvement of internal conversion programmes
• You would be also take the lead in building and analysing conversion metrics and assessing post campaign analytics in order to recommend improvements and tweaks to senior stakeholders.
• Internal Networking: As you will act as a key figure for overseeing and delivering CRM campaigns across the business, You will also be expected to share new and emerging CRM best practices across the team and gain the colleagues buy in.
