Manpower is currently recruiting for a learning & Development Administrator based in County Hall, Chichester. This is a temporary position starting ASAP until 25th of September 2020. Working Monday to Friday. You will be paid £10.14ph.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support across the L&D Service
  • Support the smooth running of courses and event management.
  • Act as first point of contact for L&D queries across the organisation and externally.
  • Ensure data quality is maintained when entering data into our Learning Management System and L&D Gateway.
  • Providing accurate and timely responses and communication with managers and delegates responding to queries and requests as appropriate and using discretion to resolve issues.
  • Responsible for data analysis, statistics and reports including regular reports and ad-hoc requests.
  • Manage the evaluation of learning and training events. Manage system for awards and qualifications, including apprenticeships.
  • Complete and track financial processes and purchase orders

Required Experience & Skills (These will be used as the shortlisting criteria)

Key Skills:


  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with a wide range of individuals.
  • Able to use initiative to organise own work and respond to unanticipated problems.
  • Extremely organised with a very high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst delivering first class customer service.

  • Qualifications and/or experience:


  • Relevant NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification or 2 years' experience in administration.
  • Relevant theoretical or organisational knowledge of systems, procedures and policies associated with operating an administrative service
  • Excellent knowledge of a wide and varied range of ICT software.
  • Ideally experience of working in an L&D environment.
