HGV Class 2 Driver

We are seeking a keen and committed HGV Class 2 Driver to work with a national leader possessing 8 major sites throughout the UK. Vehicles range from 7.5T - 18T Rigids and the routes will determine the number of drops and vehicle size/weight utilised, however this is not a highly volumized multi-drop role. Drivers of all experience are encouraged to apply; the team consists of newly qualified drivers through to the more experienced having over 20 years' experience in the company, you will be a valued member of a successful team with a highly reputable employer.

The Role:

• Delivering and collecting bulk laundry to customer locations, you will average 5-10 Drops per day dependant on location and volume of order, delivering/collecting roller cages.
• Interact with customers upon arrival, signing documentation and using company logging systems, communicating with customers to provide delivery and time frame updates.
• Represent the company in a positive way in order to maintain their strong reputation within the market and gain opportunities for additional business.
• Full-time, Contracted 42 Hour Week, Tuesday - Saturday

The Requirements:

• HGV Class 2 Driving Licence
• Valid CPC and Digi Tacho Card
• Customer facing experience and ability to confidently communicate with customers and represent the brand in a positive way.
• Physically capable of fulfilling tasks
