We are looking for fluent Dutch with French B2B Sales professionals to join a sharp and fantastic Inside Sales team in a fast-growing, industry-leading organisation.
Account Executives will be based in our Brussels office.
We are looking for enthusiastic and ambitious sales professionals who are team-players and have a can-do, positive attitude. Preferably, someone with a minimum of 2 years' experience in sales and/or in a target/KPI-driven environment.
As an Account Executive you will be reaching out to SMBs in the Benelux region, selling and issuing detailed information and demos about our digital platform, essentially helping organisations more effectively manage their online recruitment strategy. You will advocate job search technology to leading companies and promote the power of our products to make organisations more productive, collaborative and mobile. Your passion for learning from and connecting with others will ultimately help more organisations find and hire great people.
* Drive growth by selling pay-per-click advertising (PPC) services to small-to-medium sized employers (SMB)
* Develop relationships through phone, email, social media and professional networking
* Conduct live product demonstrations over the phone, via webinar and face to face
* Prospect revenue opportunities (cold call) and build a pipeline to reach quota
* Analyse and present monthly analytics reports to advertisers
* You've been successful in previous roles like: Account Manager, Account Executive
* 1+ years' in a relevant sales role, e.g., Inside Sales Agent, B2B Sales, Account Executive, Account Manager, Sales Representative, and 360 Recruiters
* 2-3 years of professional experience/internship in relevant area
* Cold calling experience and Target driven
* Fluency in Dutch (Native Proficiency - Written and Spoken)
* Fluency in French (Intermediate Proficiency)
* Fluency in English (Business Proficiency)
* Excellent communication and Keen interest and passion for sales
* Experience in online advertising, marketing, selling Google AdWords, job portals or recruiting/HR services is an advantage
* Salaries: 46,000 basic salary + commission structure (65-80k OTE in the first 6-9 ramp period - uncapped after)
