About the role

Here at Babcock International we're looking to recruit an AST Vehicle Mechanic to carry out routine and bespoke inspection, servicing, maintenance, fault diagnosis mechanical/electrical repair to a wide range of advanced military wheeled vehicles to Level 1 - 3 Maintenance Standards.

You will be based in the UK for first 12 months' and the 1 month on, 1 month off IF deployed.

What do I need to do the role?

You will hold a recognised qualification in Automotive Engineering with a minimum C&G level 3 or BTEC/IMI/NVQ equivalent or have served in HM Armed Forces as a Vehicle Mechanic Class One.

You will also hold a B1 driving license and demonstrate IT competency in utilising laptops and diagnostic computers with a good understanding of MS Word and Excel.
