Manpower are currently recruiting Customer Service/Contact centre agents to work on a temporary ongoing basis on behalf of one of our national logistics clients .
Hours worked will be Monday- Friday 8am-2pm or 2pm-7pm. The role involves working in a small contact centre environment helping with customer queries via telephone, email and web chat.
The ideal candidate for this position will have previous contact centre experience, good customer service skills, keen eye for detail and the initiative to work to their own ability.
