Our client is a leading energy provider who is committed to helping their customers in any way they can. The client sells electricity and gas to over 5.5 million residential and business customers, making them the largest supplier of electricity by volume.
They are seeking an entry level administrator who will work within the Complaint Management team and will be provided with objectives by the Complaints Activity Manager. They are expected to undertake a variety of administrative and back office functions in the most effective way.
Customer Operations employs approximately 3,000 staff and currently c.700,000 complaints identified annually. The Business Support Advisor works within the Complaint Management team which includes responsibility for all aspects of complaint handling within Customer Operations.
The Business Support Advisor is a key member of the Complaints Activity team within Complaint Management. They will work collaboratively with the Team Manager and as part of a team alongside colleagues within Complaints Management to support the delivery of the Complaint Improvement goals and objectives. They will participate in ensuring Health, Safety, Wellbeing, and a culture of inclusion is embedded across Customer OperationsSkills required;-
