Your role will be to support the Dispatch Team when they are re booking customers appointments and ensuring that the correct service orders are prepared so that the Operatives have all the necessary paperwork they need to carry out their job role efficiently and accurately, so that any disruptions to the customers are minimal.
The ability to remain calm as you work under pressure to deliver exceptional customer service is essential.
You will be taking In-bound calls from Appointment Booking Teams, and customers and will need the ability to communicate effectively and efficiently.
You will be able to work under your own initiative and make decisions, but will also enjoy contributing to the wider team and supporting your colleagues.
Training on the in house systems will be provided, but you should be computer literate and be skilled in using all Micro soft office packages.
