Our client provides a range of technical training programmes and courses to support the compliance and continual improvement of our existing PWR and AGR fleet, as well as the development and delivery of new programmes to support the commissioning and operation of Hinkley Point C (HPC) and future UK reactor designs.

The Training Administrator will undertake activities to support the training delivery across the NSA training portfolio, focusing on the HPC course delivery.

Successful candidates will take personal responsibility for pre and post training course activities in adherence to training standards and procedures in support of excellence and high quality delivery of training.

The successful candidate will be based at Cannington Court in Somerset but may be required to travel to other sites on occasions, particularly Barnwood.

Accountabilities

  • Monitor and manage HPC Training inbox enquiries.
  • Support the planning and scheduling of training courses for HPC.
  • Undertake routine activities in SAP for training course planning, support and co-ordination.
  • Coordinate training courses for HPC, including ensuring instructors and resources are available and booked.
  • Support the coordination of training course observations, and course closings.
  • Provide pre-course materials to instructors and monitor the return of course documentation following course completion and store these in accordance with NSA processes.

  • Ability to travel between locations when required.
