Junior Customer Retention Manager
Our client is a global cyber safety organisation which helps secure devices and identities online and provides privacy and safety to its customers.
Responsibilities:
*You will be a part of the EMEA team to develop, enhance and drive execution of business strategies designed to maximise retention
*Monitoring and analysing the business KPIs using dashboards. Finding and offering areas for improvement
*Improving online traffic with the goal of driving more engagement & more sales
*Carry out customer interaction in line with business approach
*Identify unmet customer needs and offer solutions for their needs while delivering value and a positive customer experience
*Report on progress made in projects organisation initiatives
Qualifications & Experience:
*Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Analytics or a similar field
*Experience working with an online business
*Comfortable dealing with online data
*Familiar with the usual KPIs of an online business, the principles of conversion rate optimisation and A/B testing
This role is based in Dublin, but working from home until our Dublin office reopens
