Our client is looking to recruit an on-going temporary Production Line Operative for an immediate start to work at their busy LPG Filling Plant based in Lee Mill, near Ivybridge.

About the Role

You will be working in an industrial setting, working on a production line, filling gas bottles following set work instructions and health and safety procedures. You will be required to carry out safety checks before and after filling. This role involves repetitive manual handling tasks and part of the role is based outside, under shelter, in all weathers. There will be overtime within this role that you will be expected to cover as and when needed

About You

Candidates will preferably have experience of working in a production environment, although full training will be provided. You will have good numeric and communication skills. You will also be able to follow verbal instructions, use your own initiative and have the ability to adhere to strict safety rules in a responsible manner.

Due to the location of the business and the lack of public transport in the area, candidates will ideally have their own transport.

* £13.50 Overtime rate
