The OU is looking to recruit a Resourcing Assistant to join them asap until 31st March 2021, working full time and paying £11.99ph.
The role provides customer focused, recruitment and administration support as part of the Resourcing Hub.
You will be the initial point of contact for candidates and hiring managers to provide support to them through the entire recruitment process from initial enquiry/application right through to onboarding. Taking ownership and liaising with the candidate and hiring managers in an appropriate and timely manner whilst carrying out all administrative tasks relating to the resourcing.
You will need to:
Have previous recruitment administration experience
Be able to work on bespoke IT packages as well as using MS Office
Experience of dealing with confidential and sensitive matters
Knowledge of the Right to Work checks required
Produce Management Information reports on a regular and adhoc basis.
This role will work for home initially and full equipment will be supplied.
