Order Distribution Team
Newcastle City Centre
Full Time
£9.00 per hour
Based in the heart of Newcastle's City Centre, you will be working within our Core North Order Management and Distribution Team. Come and join our busy team to help deliver a crucial service for our client's peak requirements. This role is temporary to over the Christmas peak period expected to run September - December.
Full Time hours - you should be fully flexible between the hours of 08:00am - 18:00pm Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities of the role:
- Maintain a fast and agile service to Manpower Branches, Panel and Clients.
- Manage multiple inboxes
- Adhere to Client based SLA's
- Answering emails and queries
- Manage fulfilment of orders, updating all parties including Account Managers
The successful candidate will have:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Demonstrate ability to use initiative and a high level of organisation skills
- Knowledge of Excel, be able to use internal systems
- A strong Client focus
