Job Details
Undertake and deal with a wide range of requests, transactions, and enquiries/concerns via written or verbal (telephony in and outbound) communication in an efficient and professional manner.
Should give direction and clarity to customers ensuring a fair outcome is achieved and move to the next request in an appropriate time-frame.

Customer contact via telephone will form part of this role.
Ability to contact customers to resolve enquiries/concerns which will be an integral part of the role. Therefore, a confident telephone manner is essential.
Act as a point of escalation for the customer regarding processes and products, with an understanding of the end to end process to fulfil customers requirements in a fair and professional manner.
You will be responding in writing to various customer concerns.
Retain ownership of customer enquiries/concerns, etc., through to satisfactory and fair completion
Processing of complex customer instructions, and / or resolution of queries and provision of advice to internal business partners.
In this role you will need the following:
Customer Orientated
Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
Good attention to detail
Challenging and questioning
Technical Knowledge
Excellent written communication skills
Banking/Financial/Complaints Background experience would be advantageous
Additional Information:
We offer excellent training which will give you all the skills and confidence you need to provide an excellent service for our customers.
2/3 weeks training on site and then flex between WFH and office
Hours of work
A full time shift will consist of working 5 days a week, for a total of 35 working hours. The working hours are from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
We offer a fantastic starting salary of £13.00, 33-days holiday pro-rata,
