Training Support (Quality Analyst)

About the role
Here at Babcock International, we're looking to recruit a Training Support (Quality Analyst) to be responsible and accountable for the delivery of training material and exam quality assurance, internal auditing and instructor assessments. Identify and determine best practice, benchmarking against competitors, providing continuous improvement through accurate and timely dissemination of lessons learned. You will also provide accurate and timely feedback following instructors' assessment to improve training delivery for both instructors and learners.
* Conducting course progress reviews and holding post course discussions with trainees, getting their feedback and reporting on this
* Collecting instructor feedback and reporting so that there is a 360 feedback review of the training courses
* The feedback gathered post training will be analysed and used to make any necessary recommendations for improvement
* Observe lessons to ensure professional standards are upheld and standards are raised.
* Ensuring training is in line with OFSTED guidelines for military training
This is an exciting role with a good work life balance and an opportunity to assess a range of training and offer suggestions/improvements.
What do I need to do the role?
You must have either a minimum Level 4 Teaching qualification (CTL, Cert Ed) or be a qualified Assessor (A1, V1, AQA) - both would be desirable.
You must also have either teaching/instructing/training experience or education assessing experience.
Quality assurance experience in regards to teaching would be beneficial.
