Solar & Storage Customer Service Agent/Administrator - Annesley

Our client, a leading energy provider in the UK are currently looking for an experienced customer service agent/administrator to join their growing Solar and Storage team based at the Sherwood Business Park in Annesley.

In this role you will be responsible for managing and coordinating administration tasks and customer contact, supporting across all areas of our solar operations.

Location: Sherwood Business Park, Annesley, NG15 0DR

Pay: £12:42 per hour

Hours: Full time: Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm

Contract: Ongoing with the possibility of going permanent.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Contacting customers (inbound, outbound, email) throughout the solar journey to arrange payment, installation and post-install completion.
  • To arrange and book installation dates with installers and customers.
  • To process payments for customers, goods and services
  • To complete Solar and Storage system registrations and commissioning documentation
  • To complete customer documentation including final handover pack.
  • Provide customer updates on the progress of their install, ensuring that all systems are accurately updated.
  • Ordering of equipment and parts as required.
  • Creating purchase orders in SAP as required.
  • Supporting the on boarding of new starters.
  • Other admin tasks as required by the business.

Key Skills Required:

  • Admin experience and can demonstrate consistent strong performance.
  • Experience of working for and communicating with residential customers
  • Able to manage own workload, stakeholder demands, prioritise tasks and work to deadlines.
  • Professional manner when representing E.ON to internal and external stakeholders.
  • A good attention to detail and logical, structured approach.
  • Experience of using SAP
  • Good IT skills and knowledge of various communication types.

Previous experience in the energy industry would be advantageous.
