Job Details
Manpower are recruiting for a part time customer service Operative to work at there clients site based in the S60 post code.
Role Duties:
- Receiving calls from customers wanting to book in collections
- Dealing with queries and complaints
- Operate the in house system - logging all calls and details on the system
- Booking in collections that customers have placed online
The ideal candidate will be able to pass a criminal records check. You will also be looking for long term work.
The role pays £9.01 an hour and we have two shifts to fill : Both working Mon-Fri one is 8am-12pm and one is 2pm-6pm. There is no flexibility on this.
