The Opportunity:

An exciting role where you will be working with one of Manpower's prestigious clients to enable a first-class service in delivering a high-volume recruitment project.

This is a demanding role which requires agility and flexibility to adapt to an ever-changing landscape.

As an On-Site Recruitment Consultant your role will be specified by the shift you will manage. The preparation to carry out the role successfully will require:

  • Coordinating and interviewing candidates, face to face and remotely using skype or Microsoft Teams platforms
  • Thorough pre-employment checks including document verification involved in the application process, checking application packs, requesting security vetting, requesting and following up candidates' references, inputting candidate details onto the payroll systems, coordinating and arranging training
  • Confirming the candidate of the outcome of their application
  • Arranging for the appropriate PPE to be issued
  • Scheduling the candidates working patterns in line with the demand plan of the shift you will be managing
  • On-going candidate management, pre assignment and during the assignment, via the use of an online platform, as well as usual methods of interaction (phone, text, email, face to face)

In return for your hard work we will pay you £11.50 for every hour that you work. You will be expected to be available to work weekends and be flexible around your designated shift time.

Must be fully flexible to cover shifts from 6am - 8pm, shift length will be 8 hours.

You:

It is preferred you will have recruitment experience of high-volume projects although not essential - full training will be provided.

You will be working in a very busy, challenging but rewarding environment.

Experience of being able to work well under pressure is a desired skill along with strong communication skills. You will be confident to hold professional and consultative client discussions regularly throughout each shift.

You will have good IT skills, including Excel, Outlook and ability to learn database management systems.

The level of compliance administration required for the client is robust due to the nature of the business they are in, so your attention to detail, coordination skills and organisational skills must be strong.
