Building Maintenance / Multi-Trader

About the role
Here at Babcock International we're looking to recruit a Building Maintenance / Multi-Trader to join a team of four in delivering a range of high quality repairs, and maintenance and improvement works across the Estate, in support of the company's contractual obligations.
Main responsibilities include:
- Delivery of multi-trade built environment activities to all properties in scope as required. This could include window repairs, brick laying, plastering, painting etc.
- Adherence and upkeep of high standards of quality in service delivery at all times
- Ensure Company Health, Safety & Environmental procedures are implemented and complied with at all times.
- Excellent timekeeping and acknowledgement of flexible approach to service delivery
- Maintain and order an accurate and up to date inventory for B&CE supplies
This is a great opportunity in a good working environment with a healthy work/life balance and the option to be put on the on-call rota.
What do I need to do the role?
You will come from a building maintenance background, and be skilled in multiple trades with the relevant trade qualifications.
You must have a driving licence and own vehicle to get to site, and are fit and able bodied for manual work.
You will also possess a good knowledge of Health & Safety.
