Sales Advisor

Phoenix Park - Nottingham

This is your chance to join one of the UK's top energy companies as a Sales Advisor in Nottingham!

About the role:

You'll be joining our expanding Sales team as a sales agent supporting business customers through outbound calling to assist with the journey of bringing over their supply making the process smooth and painless. Through conversations, using your excellent communication techniques you will look to persuade customers and negotiate a package that will ultimately work for our customer. Building rapport with our customers can help to build a strong working relationship and keep them a customer with us.

You'll initially join us on a temporary basis, but there may be the opportunity to become a permanent employee at a later date. There's a range of great benefits on offer too:

  • £18,451 pro rata per annum (£23,251 OTE) + uncapped commission scheme, the average monthly bonus payments in this area are currently circa £700 per month.
  • You'll start with 28 days annual leave year, but after 12 weeks this will increase to 34 days (including bank holidays)
  • There's good transport links nearby, an onsite canteen serving hot and cold food, and a free drinks vending machine.

About you:

Ideally you'll have some previous experience working in a customer service and/or contact centre role with an understanding of sales. Naturally you'll also have great communication skills, and will be comfortable handing large volumes of calls professionally.

This contact centre is open from 8am until 6pm Monday to Friday.

Please Note: Due to Covid-19, there will be a requirement to work from home initially, however; the long term plan will be to return to the office when it is safe to do so, please ensure Phoenix Park is a location that you can commit to.
