Manpower are recruiting for a number of Administrators to join our client based in Glasgow.
As part of the Electronic Document Management team, you will be responsible for the scanning and provision of personal and career records for employees as well as pension files.
You will be responsible for preparing documents, scanning of documents and conducting post scanning quality checks.
You will have experience of following organisation procedures and policies with a strong attention to detail. Good communication and organisation skills are essential.

Shift working may be required between Monday to Friday, 7am and 10pm.
Please note due to the nature of this role all applicants must be able to obtain SC security clearance, this will be applied for on their behalf by Manpower.
