We are currently looking for a hard-working and well-organised Administrator and data entry clerk to for a prestigious client based in Birmingham on a temporary basis
The successful candidate must have excellent customer service, good knowledge of MS Office products and can work as part of a team. If interested, then we want to hear from you!DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Establishing and maintain systems to ensure that all files, letters, reference manualsMaintains customer database integrity, daily statistical and other operationalAble to scan, faxing, and electronically filing documentsRespond to general enquiries in a professional mannerType in data provided directly from customersRecord keeping and filing of all paper workPerform other duties as assigned
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:Great attention to detailHigh school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in a data entry roleGood written and verbal communication skillsExcellent interpersonal and customer service skillsGreat time management skills and ability to multi-taskFully competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
This is a temporary position with IMMEDIATE start paying Â£8.72 per hour working 9am - 5.30pm, however flexibility within the working hours will be required.
