We are currently looking for a hard-working and well-organised Administrator and data entry clerk to for a prestigious client based in Birmingham on a temporary basis

The successful candidate must have excellent customer service, good knowledge of MS Office products and can work as part of a team. If interested, then we want to hear from you!

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Establishing and maintain systems to ensure that all files, letters, reference manuals
  • Maintains customer database integrity, daily statistical and other operational
  • Able to scan, faxing, and electronically filing documents
  • Respond to general enquiries in a professional manner
  • Type in data provided directly from customers
  • Record keeping and filing of all paper work
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Great attention to detail
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a data entry role
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Great time management skills and ability to multi-task
  • Fully competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
  • This is a temporary position with IMMEDIATE start paying £8.72 per hour working 9am - 5.30pm, however flexibility within the working hours will be required.
