Production Operatives

Due to further expansion within the company, a number of positions have arisen for Production Operatives to join a metal treatment specialist.

Located in Corby and having been established for over 20 years, my client has grown into a leader within their industry. They are a secure company that continues to go from strength-to-strength and have the backing of being part of a large group of UK based companies. They believe their success has been the result of the excellent training and investment they make into their talented workforce, combined with their excellent base of loyal clients.

Essentially, we are interested in speaking to people who are reliable, hardworking, self-motivated and used to working in a fast-moving industrial environment. Previous experience of working with metals, whether it's in steel, welding, castings or metal coatings would be desirable but certainly not essential. What's more important is that you have an interest in a hands-on role and are eager to learn.

In return, you will benefit from a structured training program that will enable you to become fully-skilled in all stages of the production process, along with an excellent salary of £11 per plus bonuses ranging from £35 - £70 per week, in addition to this.

The shift pattern for this role is double days of 6.00am - 14.30pm for the early shift and 15.00pm - 21.30pm for the late shift, with an early finish on a Friday. Overtime is readily available for those who want it, at a time and half in the week and double time at the weekends.

The company are easily accessible from Kettering, Market Harborough and some part of Peterborough and Northampton.
