My client is seeking a team of 2 Project Support Administrators to join their team on a temporary basis for a period of between 3-6 months. The roles are being offered as full time - 40 Hours week - Monday - Friday. Free parking is available on site.

Hourly pay rate of £12.00

If successful in the position you will be required to assist the Business Development Officer, providing project support, assisting in short term projects, with a specific focus on service improvement within the the company Group.

You will attend meetings, both within the physical boundaries of services provided by the company, as well as representing the organisation at Regional and National Forums.

You will also be required to provide high quality project support to the Business Development Officer, including organisation of meetings and preparation of agendas, collation of papers, minutes, owning actions, maintaining action logs, and taking appropriate follow-up action as required.

Some of your duties will include but not limited too.

Project support as instructed by the Business Development Officer

Attend relevant meetings, both internal and external

Arranging, organising and administering meetings on behalf of the Business Development Officer; inviting attendees, preparing agendas/papers, following-up

Outstanding actions, taking minutes and distributing notes

Maintaining action logs

Preparing meeting rooms, greeting and assisting visitors

Undertaking administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning and mail-out distributions

Organising and planning ad hoc meetings

Acting as a point of contact for the Business Development Team, dealing with and responding effectively to queries from stakeholders and passing on relevant information to appropriate team members sensitively and autonomously

Running and collating reports which may include reports to Boards and senior management as required

Maintaining effective electronic filing systems, to ensure that information is kept securely and is accessible to other members of the team

Maintain confidentiality at all times ensuring adherence to all Information Governance and Data Protection Standards
