37.5 hours per week (7am - 3pm, 30 minutes lunch)
£22,500 per annum (pro rata) (Overtime available)
Our client, a leading paint manufacturer, has an excellent opportunity for a Paint Mixer to prepare paint to the highest possible standard and ensure that a high quality and consistent colour is supplied for each vehicle.
As a Paint Mixer you will fully understand the Pro-mix system to enable an Autowave colour to be mixed and be able to operate the pot cleaner correctly and ensure that all pressure pots follow the full cleaning process. You will need to know and understand the car sequencing to ensure that the correct colour is delivered to line in the correct sequence. You will also be required to assist with special mixes or trails when requested by a supervisor or shift manager and meet the standard of safety, health and environment.
Additionally you will maintain the assigned technical company equipment in a safe and proper manner, ensure that the Pro-mix mix TPM is carried out daily if trained to do so and promote the positive company image and develops long-term relations with the customers.
