Assembly team leader

Manpower are currently recruiting on behalf of a client based in Oxfordshire. This exciting new role is for an Assembly Team Leader.

*Due to the location, the right candidate must drive and own a car.

*07:00am until 4:30pm Monday to Thursday, early finish on a Friday.

*Temporary role

Main Purpose of the job role: To Lead an Assembly Team, cost effectively on time that meet the required Quality Standard

Key Attributes

-Leadership, Communication, Problem Solver and organised, Quality.

-You will have a proven track record gained as a Supervisor/ Production Manager.

-A forward thinker, you will be able to drive and mentor team members, be supportive, flexible and responsive in a pressured environment

-Follow, promote and adhere to Company Health and Safety Policies

-A good problem solver, able to deal with issues as they arise.

-Communicate effectively at all levels via briefings and presentations

-You will have a Can-Do attitude to drive change and improvements
