Customer Service Advisor - Annesley

Customer service experience preferred but not essential in a telephony based role. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Solutions Contact Centre and offer existing customers the latest in energy saving solutions. To energetically and enthusiastically work as part of a high performing solutions contact centre and to help deliver key targets. Speak directly with a potential new or existing customer to derive the most value out of each contact we have with them on a range of solutions available. Manage own workloads to respond to new and existing referrals where a customer has shown interest in our product. Using customer service skills to promote the company and our brand, its products and services in order to improve the delivery of solutions for our customers.

Location: Newstead Court, Little Oak Drive, Annesley, NG15 0DR.

Pay rate: £9.75 with the opportunity to increase

Hours: Full time 37 hours between 9am and 6pm Monday - Friday

Contract: 4 weeks initially with the potential for it to be ongoing dependant on performance etc. You may also be considered for a permanent position longer term.

Start Date: Asap

Key Skills required:

Primarily we are looking for a passionate, flexible individual who is a team player and takes pride in delivering with previous sales experience.

Ideally, you'll have some previous experience working in a customer service and/or contact centre role. Naturally you'll also have great communication skills and will be comfortable handing large volumes of calls professionally.

  • Attention to detail
  • Previous experience in a customer service role; including strong customer focus with a demonstrable track record of delivering service excellence.
  • The ability to make decisions and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to be able to deal with customers.
  • Quick to learn, absorb & retain information
  • Experience with all Microsoft Office applications

Please note: You will receive office based training in a Covid safe environment and potentially be set up for home working dependant on the situation.
