Job Details
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation, our client Leading Global FMCG company with Brands such as Dove, Knorr, Persil & Magnum are currently looking for a Team Assistant based at their prestigious facility in Leatherhead. This is a full-time temporary role for a period of 12 months, working a 36.25-hour week. This role is paying between £25,000 and up to £28,000 per annum, pro rata, depending on experience.
Background/General Purpose of Position: The Team Assistant role is to support the Sales Director and the wider team managing the following responsibilities.
Responsibilities: To provide support including;
- Proactive diary management
- Meeting room booking
- Video and Telephone Conferencing booking and setup
- Travel Booking
- Maintain content on the information portal for the team and own portal structure
- Maintain department organograms
- Management of Purchase Orders
- Ownership and tracking of IT JML (Joiners, Movers and Leavers) process for new starters
- Support onboarding and induction of new starters including;
- Maintain induction packs and personal knowledge content
- Support new starters in use of generic process and tools
- Deliver general induction
- Security access for new starters (badge, car parking, IT)
- Develop network of contacts within the business who can support effective solutions
- Event management and organisation including booking, managing invoices, organising catering etc.

- Microsoft Office

- Excellent time management / organisational skills
- Ability to be proactive / work on own initiative
- M/S Powerpoint
Key Experience and Qualifications Required:
- Proven track record of delivery in a Team Assistant type role
- An ability to prioritise is key as is the ability to manage a broad range of tasks
- Ability to demonstrate attention to detail
- Experience working in a large organisation across a breadth of functions
- Ability to seek out and connect with "solution providers" irrespective of whether they are based in the office or remotely
