Warehouse Operative with Forklift Truck License

Manpower Ashford are looking to recruit a Warehouse Operative/Relief Spiral Operative for our Kent based client on a Permanent basis.

Our client has a large production and warehousing site and is looking to bring in an experienced Warehouse Operative with FLT driving skills who is happy to undertake training on in-house equipment to act as a relief driver as and when needed. This is a varied role where no day will be the same and an exciting opportunity for the right person looking for a permanent role within a business who actively promotes from within.

The candidate should have a minimum of 1-years warehouse and production experience. A counterbalance and/or reach fork lift truck licence is essential. The candidate must also be comfortable with using computers.

The salary is £20,070.00 per annum plus an additional £500.00 per annum upon successful completion of workbased training. Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 8.00am to 5.00pm and Fridays 8.00am to 4.00pm inclusive with half an hour for lunch to be taken as specified

The successful candidate will also benefit from 25-days annual leave plus statutory bank holidays, corporate work wear, sick pay, pension scheme, death in service scheme and long service awards.
