Reward Analyst

We are currently looking for a Reward, Benefits & Performance Adviser for our client, The OU who are based in Milton Keynes. Working remotely, this is a temporary role to start ASAP until 11th December 2020. You will be paid £17.57 - £20.00 per hour on a PAYE basis.

You will be carrying out an analytical role, looking at market data and filling out survey submissions. The successful candidate will have experience in reward bench-marking.
