Parcelforce Xmas Van Driver

We are recruiting for a multi drop van driver (Cat B licence) in Quedgeley, Gloucester for a Xmas contract and possibly full time position delivering parcels. More details below!

About the job:

Driving a sprinter van delivering 50+ parcels to local residential and commercial addresses each day, you will be starting at 07:30 with an average finish time around 18:00 however you will need to be flexible with the hours. This is a Monday to Friday position with occasional Saturdays available as optional overtime.

The Gloucester depot covers all of Gloucestershire and the surrounding areas including the countryside so a good area knowledge and good driving ability is an advantage.

Pay rates start at £11.00 per hour and increase to £11.96 after 6 months.

Candidate requirements & profile:

A full and valid Cat B Van Driving licence.

We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, flexible and happy to work hard on their own initiative.

Our drivers are the face of our company so we're looking for someone with good people skills that are helpful and friendly.

Previous multi drop experience is an advantage however training can be provided for the right candidate.

A maximum of 6 points on your licence for insurance purposes.
