We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Service Desk Analyst to join the team at our Client site in Newcastle. Reporting to the Team Lead you will be responsible for providing a 1st line support service, receiving incidents and service requests via telephone, email and tooling.
This is a diverse role and responsibilities will include; manually transferring incidents and service requests between operating systems, resolving incidents first time or escalating to the 2nd line team where appropriate as well as directing callers to the right suppliers to meet their needs.
The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of IT and be proficient in the use of Microsoft software packages.

Due to the nature of this role all applicants must have or be able to obtain SC security clearance.
