About the role

Here at Babcock International we're looking to recruit a Training Support Officer be responsible for managing Trainer Training/Development activities, carrying out Trainer onsite Assessments and looking at strategies and new ways of enhancing current skill set of the Trainers.

This is a brand new role for HMS Sultan so an excellent opportunity to shape the role and add your own input to it.

What do I need to do the role?

You will hold qualifications in Teaching Skills Level 5 or above (Cert Ed, DTTLS, or equivalent) and Assessing Qualification - AVRA / D32/33.

You will also come from an education/teaching background.

JSP 822 knowledge is desirable.
