Material Loaders

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global FMCG company, our client are currently looking for 4 x Material Loaders based at their manufacturing facility in Reading RG2 0QE, Berkshire. This is a full-time ongoing temporary role. You will be working 12 hour shifts on a flexible basis (between 2 /4 per week ) to cover existing staff, work patterns are days 6.30am-6.30pm and nights 6.30pm -6.30am average working week 37.5 hours. This role is paying £10.74 per hour PAYE inc shift premium.

This site remains open for business through the Covid 19 Virus because the products manufactured here are essential.

Initially you will be required to be a flexy operator. Working hours are on shift rotation basis consisting of 2 / 4, 12 hour shifts per week between (Sunday night) - Friday.

You must be available to work day and Night shifts according to the business schedule

The Role Duties include;

• Load materials
• Changeover machines for different configurations using either HMI's or click in place machinery
• Changeover the line between different products ensuring that no incorrect product goes into a process order
• Move pallets of finished product and materials around the line
• Stack finished product boxes onto a pallet in specific patterns
• Attend machine stops - clearing jams etc. and restarting the equipment
