An immediate opportunity has arisen for a Raw Material Intake Operator to work on a temp to perm basis.
Hourly rate £9.27ph
Working hours will be on a rotational basis. Monday to Friday 1.30pm-10pm or 5pm-1.30am
Job Purpose
To produce a top quality edible beef dripping (oil from process) in keeping with customer requirements and specifications, maintaining the quality and safety of the product necessary to achieve this objective
Key Tasks
- Responsible for monitoring raw material weights, material quality
- Raw Material Inspection
- Hygiene and cleanliness of department
- Fork Lift Driving
- Bin Washing
- Loading & Unloading Lorries
- Maintaining appropriate records for department
Essential Criteria
- Valid Counter Balance Forklift License
- Demonstrate Good Communication Skills
- Demonstrate accuracy completing paperwork
- Flexible approach to work
- Customer focused attitude
- A willingness to learn
- Good spoken and written English
Desirable Criteria
- Experience of operating a forklift
- Experience of working in the food industry
Working hours Monday to Friday 1pm-10.30pm and 5pm-finish (generally 1am)
