This role is to start on 16 November and could lead to a permanent role.
You will receive contact mainly via the phone or email from members of the public and health care professionals requesting medical and dental assistance and advice, to assess risk and patients needs through the application of Pathways' in order to reach an appropriate decision as to whether to refer them to 999 Dispatch or the Clinical Advisors Team, you would need to record all information in an accurate, timely and secure manner.
All calls must be handled in a courteous and efficient manner, and maintain the integrity and confidentiality of all patients.
You would need to pass a DBS check - which is undertaken through Manpower.
Full training is provided for this role therefore the main criteria having excellent listening skills/confident on the phone/keyboard experience.
You would need to be flexible in hours of work as this is on a rota to include both days and Nights and some Weekends and Bank Holidays from 7am- 7pm and 7pm to 7am.
There is free parking on site and due to the location you would need to drive
