The job role is to provide a consistently safe, responsive service to those requiring assistance and information.
Receiving calls from members of the public and health professionals requiring assistance and information regarding medical advise or dental assistance, assess the risk and patients needs through the application of Pathways' in order to reach an appropriate decision, either referring them to 999 Dispatch line or Clinical Advisors.
All information will need to be recorded in an accurate, timely and secure manner. maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of the patients at all times.
Undertake any other reasonable duties as required by the Clinical Hub Manager.
You will need to be able to work the very minimum of 25 hours a week, be flexible in your hours of work as you will be on a rota system to included days/nights some weekends and Bank Holidays from 7am - 7pm/ 7pm-7am.
You will need to pass a DBS check undertaken by Manpower.
You would need to be able to drive to reach the site as Public Transport is not accessable at the time of work.
Full Training is provided, this is to start on 16 November and could lead to a permanent position.
