FTTH Streetworks Manager

Manpower have a fantastic opportunity for an FTTH Streetworks Manager for one of our principle Telecoms clients.

You will be responsible for overseeing the inspection regime of the Civils Inspectors under the NRSWA 1991 and TMA 2004.

You will be involved in;

Inspecting sites to ensure compliance

Submitting notices and permits to local authorities

Ensuring the NSROH has been adhered to

Recording and investigating any failures of works carried out on behalf of our client

Acting as the first point of contact for escalated enquiries

Gathering and collating evidence in relation to NRSWA for sections 56, 60, 66,71 and 74 and assist in submissions to the relevant authority

Attending HAUC meetings

Establishing and maintaining relationships with the general public, Area Office Staff, Councils, and the Highways authority

You will have;

Exemplary knowledge of NRSWA legislation, NRSWA Specification and COP & TMA COP

CDM / H&S

Contract procedure

Operational application of NRSWA

Supervision of teams

Proven liaising experience with third parties

3/5 year's Streetworks Technician experience

Driving Licence
