This is a temporary role that could lead you into a permanent position.
You would receive calls from members of the general public and healthcare professionals requiring assistance and information regarding medical adivce or dental assistance, you would need to assess risk and patients needs through the application of Pathways' in order to reach and appropriate decision, to either refer them to 999 Dispatch or to a Clinical Advisor. All the information must be recorded in an accurate and timely manner, whilst maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of all patients at all times.
To handle all calls and contacts courteously, efficiently and in a way that best meets the immediate needs of the patient.
You would need to be very flexible in your hours working the minimum of 25 a week and be able to work days/nights and some weekends/Bank Holidays (working on a rota early starts of 7am up to 7pm and 7pm to 7am)
Full Training is given.
You would need to pass a DBS check which would be through Manpower
