I am seeking a couple of professional HR Advisors (Phone based) to join a busy and friendly team on a full time basis.
Hours of work are being offered as Monday - Friday 08.30am - 17.00pm with free parking on site.
The position is for a period of 6 months initially with a view to be extended and the possibility of becoming permanent.
Pay rate £12.99 per hour
Please note that both positions are immediate starts, ideally starting within x 2 weeks
Ideally you will come from a proven history within Office Support, Customer service and have a passion for providing first class customer service.
You will be required to perform a variety of human resource functions, including but not limited to
Providing support to the Employee Relations advisors
Providing first class customer service to both Management and staff members
Keeping up to date with all policy and procedure
Dealing with highly confidential information
Sending out and explaining policy and procedure to Management and staff members
Responding to and handling of subject access requests
Income protection & right to work cases
Employment Tribunal paperwork
