Job role and skills for the position - Lead Panel Electrician
- A lead panel electrician has the target to build panels and/or carry out site panel modifications according to the requirements of a project regarding cost, quality and delivery time.
- Bespoke panel builds
- Panel layout and assembly of components
- 3 phase wiring
- Point to point panel wiring
- Panel testing and fault finding
- Panel modifications on site
- Electrical testing / fault finding on site
- IO testing and electrical commissioning support on site
- Leadership skills
- Communication skills, including directly with customers
- C&G's / NVQ level 3 electrical
