Our fantastic client, a global video games publisher, has decided it's time to bring their 1st line support in-house. Could you be the IT professional and MS Expert to forge this role for them?
This is a great company with a steep growth trajectory and in this role, you'll have an opportunity to interact with all divisions of the company in both a reactive and proactive manner.
Firstly, you'll be the 1st point of contact for any IT problems……you'll resolve what you can directly and refer the remaining to an outsourced IT Support organisation. More importantly though you'll spend half of your time engaging, and proactively working with, the business to upskill all employees in IT basics and complete O365 utilisation.
Because many of the employees are working from home at present, our client is finding that problems are slipping through the net, work-arounds are being established, and that larger (avoidable) problems are starting to arise because of it. For a global company that depends on tech to operate this simply cannot happen.
Ideally, you'll be Microsoft certified (or part certified) however MS 'whizzes' without certification will be considered. Equally important you'll need exceptional customer engagement skills and the ability coach none-technical employees in the MS Office Suite and O365.
