Customer Service Advisor - Field Debt Solutions Team - Nottingham City Centre

About the role:
As a Field Debt Solutions Advisor; you will enthusiastically work as part of a high performing Customer Operations team, that through direct customer and field agent contact, consistently puts our customers first and builds their trust by building empathy but remaining professional. You will also be working back office tasks, with an overall aim to influence and aid reduction of debt at risk by spending sufficient time to investigate, analyse & validate a variety of complex work. This will be through direct customer contact or through or field advisors, using effective questioning and listening skills to fully understand customer circumstances including any vulnerability in the household.
You'll initially join us on a temporary basis, but there may be the opportunity to become a permanent employee at a later date. There's a range of great benefits on offer too:
- Initially the pay will be £8.72 per hour and after 12 weeks, your pay will automatically increase to £9.75 per hour, with the chance for it to later rise to £11.32 per hour.
- You'll qualify for an annual bonus scheme.
- You'll start with 28 days annual leave year, but after 12 weeks this will increase to 34 days (including bank holidays)

Ideally you'll have some previous experience working in a customer service and/or contact centre role. Naturally you'll also have great communication skills, and will be comfortable handing large volumes of calls professionally.
Our contact centre is open from 8am until 8pm Monday to Friday and between 8am until 2pm on a Saturday, you must be flexible to work between these times in line with business requirements.
