Control room supervisor

We are currently recruiting for control room supervisor on a Full Time Contract 6 or 12 months with a possibility for a long term career. Hours of work will be rotating shifts 06:00-14:00/14:00-22:00 Monday to Friday.

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment to specific targets and deadlines.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills and excellent attention to detail

• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in a high volume distribution centre preferred
• Good communicator and influencer with a focus on exceptional performance and collaborative working.
• Able to supervise, coach and support teams of operatives to maximize performance and potential
• Passionate about customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
• Able to identify issues and solutions
• Good communicator both internally and with wider stakeholders.
• Passionate about customer satisfaction.
