About the role
Here at Babcock International we're looking to recruit a Maintenance Scheduler.
You'll book, control and monitor all scheduled events on the New Dimension Contract and ensure all contacts are made in line with contractual requirements. You will also ensure KPI's are met in all instances and deadlines are met and liaise with customers, suppliers and contract staff to ensure full compliancy with legal, H&S and contractual requirements.
Other responsibilities include:
- Track and ensure all events are completed within notified timescales.
- Create and maintain all events and defects within Tranman.
- Ensure all paperwork is chased and filed in accordance with contractual requirements.
- To maintain and publish business critical performance indicators relevant to the operation.
- To ensure service information is distributed in line with contractual requirements.
What do I need to do the role?
You'll need a good understanding of New Dimension vehicles and equipment, MS Excel skills, working Knowledge of Tranman, previous Administration experience, Service industry background, vehicle service administration, educated to GCSE Level or equivalent and a basic qualification in Service administration.
What else do I need to know?
- The successful candidate must be able to achieve the appropriate security clearance level for this role.
