About the role

Here at Cavendish Nuclear we are looking to appoint a Head of Product Development who will execute market research, analysis and communicate growth options or alternatives to senior management.

You will take ownership of the production of Business Cases to identify investment requirements and associated returns on investment to senior management as well as ensure strategic alignment of investment with the Innovation & Technology group and Specialist Services delivery.

What do I need to do the role?
You will need to ideally hold experience within the Civil Nuclear Industry in addition to holding a MBA.
We would also like you to have experience in all or some of these areas:
* Extensive business and strategy development knowledge and experience
* Experience in market research, business and commercial mechanisms and processes, data and proposals analysis skills
* Proven track record with strategy planning, development, and execution

Lastly, you will need to hold or be able to attain full UK Government Security Clearance.
